Nations issue postage stamps for a number of reasons. In addition to the obvious fact that they are a means of collecting revenue to fund postal operations, images and messages printed on the stamps, as well as on envelopes, called covers by collectors, have an informational purpose.

A sense of history, to promote national pride and commemorate significant historical events and figures, messages relating to health and welfare, all can be imparted by stamps. By strict definition, this could be termed propaganda. For our purposes we are concerned with the use of postal propaganda to encourage amd reinforce anti-Semitism and hatred of Israel by Arab/Islamic states and terrorist organizations.

Such postal propaganda has a long history, one examples is the German WWII propaganda label below. An actual British stamp was copied with Stalin replacing King George V and text blaming the war on the Jews. Note that the word, "Jewish" is misspelled.
